Social Capital gets built by users using Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. According to (Ladders, 2019) Social Capital relates to the ways people interact and cooperate. By being an active digital citizen one can help enhance and build social capital.
Digital Citizen also have rights and responsibilities because it is the way we make something look to other citizens. If we make Facebook look good other citizens may want to try it out more because of the good reviews and therefore we are enhancing it and by the citizen also using Facebook after the good review we are also building social capital.
